Itinerary

Your evening begins with a 17:40 pick-up at Tromsø Havn Prostneset, followed by 25-minute drive to the reindeer camp. Upon arrival, you’ll meet the reindeer and enjoy a magical 15–20 minute sledding ride through the Arctic night.

You’ll then feed a herd of 300 reindeer and try your hand at lasso throwing before gathering inside a warm, candlelit gamme for a traditional three-course Sami dinner featuring bidos stew, salmon, and dessert — with vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options available.

After dinner, relax in a lavvu by the fire as your Sami guide shares stories of reindeer herding life and performs a heartfelt joik. If skies are clear, end the evening with a chance to witness the Northern Lights above the camp before returning to Tromsø around 22:30.
