POSITION:
Winter Tour Guide (full-time or part-time).
Period: Now- April 2020
We are looking for energetic and passionate tour guides, who will ensure the safety and well being of our guests during the tours.
Experience in guiding experience is important, but not necessary. We are looking for individuals who care deeply about people and are eager to learn and improve. This job requires a variety of skills and can be very challenging.
Requirements:
- Knowledge about the region and the Northern Lights
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Language proficiency in English
- Day and night photography skills
Responsibilities:
- Guiding northern light tours (entertaining the guests, taking pictures of the guests and northern lights, lighting a bonfire, serving a meal).
- Guiding snowshoeing and fjord scenic tours at daytime.
- Excellent communication and social skills.
- Taking, editing and sending out photographs.
- Sharing knowledge and passion with our team.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
